Idento Marketing y Desarrollo Web, S.L.U, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data, and therefore provides the following processing information:

• End of treatment: to attend to requests for quotations and information made by potential clients through this form.
• Legitimacy: by checking the acceptance box, you are giving your consent for your data to be processed in accordance with the purposes of this form.
• Data retention criteria: they shall be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the end of processing and when no longer necessary for that purpose, they shall be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymisation of the data.
• Addressees: they will not be transferred to any third party.
• Rights of the User:

1. (a) The right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to object and portability of personal data. Right of access, rectification and deletion of your data and the limitation or opposition to their processing.
2. b) Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if he/she has not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of his/her rights, in this case, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency http://www.agpd.es
